Residents in the Town of Fort Mill pay a premium in the form of Town taxes. In exchange for that premium, the Town provides premium services and products in the form of town parks and recreation, law enforcement, fire protection, waste removal, and various other services that improve the quality of life for its residents.

Chantay Bouler, the Town of Fort Mill’s Finance Director, ensures that the Town’s Finance Department works diligently to employ funds received in the most effective and efficient ways possible.
The Finance Office handles a number of functions at Fort Mill Town Hall. These include:

- Accounts receivable
- Business Office and Customer Service
- Municipal Court - Clerks of Court
One of the main objectives at the Town of Fort Mill is to be a good steward of funds by providing cost-effective services to all citizens. The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining all appropriate accounting records and financial reporting to Town Council, the Town Manager, all departments of the Town, and the citizens.
