Dear Parents,

Fort Mill Parks and Recreation is excited to start our fall sports programs and we thank you for choosing the Town of Fort Mill as your athletic provider.  As excited as we are, we were just notified yesterday – Thursday, September 8 – that our uniforms for the sports of soccer, T – Ball, baseball, and softball, have been delayed due to staffing issues at their production company. The scheduled delivery dates for the uniforms in the sports listed above will now be the middle of next week (estimated around Sept.14) and when they arrive our staff will work diligently to get these out to the coaches.

We apologize for the delay and have expressed to the vendor our disappointment in our uniforms not being ready. We have used this vendor in the past and they have always provided a quality product and excellent customer service. Our staff is working to readjust the schedule for the games that were originally scheduled for the week of September 10 – 15. Those games will be updated to the Quick Scores schedule for their respective sports by Monday, September 12. Parks & Recreation Staff will work with our volunteer coaches to add additional practices next week in order to be ready to start the regular season on September 17.

Once again we apologize for this delay and if you have any questions, please direct any questions to our respective Athletic Staff below.
