[ARCHIVED] Enjoy Summer Fun at Fort Mill's Beach Bash on July 30

Grab your beach blankets and get ready to groove at the Town of Fort Mill’s Beach Bash scheduled for Saturday, July 30, 2022. 

 This evening of free entertainment will be held from 5-9 p.m. at the Fort Mill Amphitheater located at Walter Elisha Park, 345 N. White St. Bring a chair or blanket, or head out on our dance floor, as you listen to beach music mainstays Carolina Soul Band and Band of Oz.  

The Beach Bash officially begins at 5 p.m. with live music from Envision. This band’s repertoire encompasses a wide variety of musical styles, including R&B, Beach, Motown/Oldies, Pop, Dance, Funk and Jazz.  DJ Eric Bowman of 99.1FM Radio will emcee the event along with a hula hoop contest at 6:30 p.m. At 7:30 p.m., beach music sensation Band of Oz takes the stage to showcase their full horn section and dynamic eight-member group. 

 The bash will feature plenty of children’s activities, including midway games (such as skee ball, putt putt and soccer darts), kids crafts, a sand play area, face painting and balloon artists. 

 Food trucks, beer and wine will also be available. Food trucks participating are: King of Fire, A Sprinkle of Love, Kona Ice, Archie Boys BBQ, Jamrock Jerk Spot, Krave, Chanchos Tacos, Chappells Snack Shack, Abbotts Frozen Custard and Maui Acai.
