[ARCHIVED] New Utility Bill Payment Portal

Please note, the Town of Fort Mill will begin using a new customer payment portal for Utility bills beginning on Thursday, Dec. 1. The new My Gov Hub portal will be accessible from the Town of Fort Mill’s Utility Billing website at https://www.fortmillsc.gov/414/Billing-Customer-Service. Downloadable instructions for the new portal will also be available on the website.  

In addition to better processing speeds, the new portal will offer a variety of new features for customers, including the ability to set up a profile and access billing history. Customers will also be able to set up recurring payments, pay for multiple properties and print statements, among other features.
