A Message for Our Utility Customers on Jan. 3, 2023: Please note that the Town of Fort Mill is working on an issue with our utility billing service provider. This issue will result in delays of our utility bills being posted online and in paper billing statements being mailed to customers. Some customers may have logged into our online portal prior to the issue being discovered and seen their bills posted online. Any payments that were made during that time will be applied to your account. Due to this delay, payment deadlines will be extended and customers will not be assessed any penalties. Please keep an eye on our Town website and social media for further updates. We appreciate your patience as we work through this issue.
