[ARCHIVED] Calhoun Street Park Parking Changes

Calhoun St Park Temporary Parking

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY SEPTEMBER 2, 2020: Due to construction of a new permanent restroom at Calhoun Street Park, we are closing the parking lot at that facility immediately Wednesday, September 2, 2020 until further notice to vehicles. Parking for this facility and Walter Elisha Park has been relocated to a lot on Looms Way (Formerly Self Street) and a grass lot adjacent to Walter Elisha Park between Sidney Johnson Street and Jackson Street right off North White Street (SC Hwy 160). Please access this lot from Jackson Street. Appropriate signage has been put in place for these parking lots so users of both parks can locate and use these for parking. On the attached map you will see these lots marked with a yellow square with a “P” inside of it. Entrances to both lots are marked with white signs as well as large traffic cones. We appreciate your patience as work to make improvements to both parks. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact the Fort Mill Parks & Recreation Department at 803-547-2273.

Yours In Service,
