Police Department
The Fort Mill Police Department is a progressive and professional full-service law enforcement agency that currently employs 61 sworn officers as well as 10 civilian staff. Our goal is to make Fort Mill the safest town in South Carolina and to do that we employ a community-oriented policing strategy.
Mission
The mission of the Fort Mill Police Department is to enhance quality of life for our citizens and to reduce crime within the community. To do that, we will work in true partnership with our fellow citizens through a commitment in all facets of law enforcement service.
